Artist = 5 stars, Venue = 3 stars
Venue Review: The acoustics were fantastic, the view was great (sat in the top section) BUT good grief are concessions terrible. They charge you 4 dollars for a water when there is free water outside, but they don’t tell you that. It took us 30 minutes to give us wristbands just to be able to get drinks, and then over an hour to get a beer. Oh, and they only let you get one drink per person, and you don’t find that out till you're already waiting in line for 30 minutes. There is one bar. For a venue that probably fits a couple thousand people. ONE. BAR. 4 bartenders. Had I known that, I probably wouldn’t have even bothered.
Artist review: Just an absolute blast. Smile Empty Soul was everything I wanted it to be. 2 and a half hours of pure bliss, with almost every song I wanted to hear and some I didn’t know I wanted to hear.
